Are we pet friendly?

Our Campground welcomes responsible pet owners with well-behaved dogs. Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash at all times. All bookings with pets require prior arrangement with the campground, as conditions apply. Please contact us for details regarding dog breeds, dates, and specific rules.

What is the check in time? 

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure to the key drop box located near the Welcome Bay Hot Pools Reception. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the campground on 07 544 2327.

What is the cancellation policy? 

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings must be by phone on
